Requirements:
Before you start, be sure you have these handy:

- Your incoming and outgoing server names.
- Your email address: name@domain.com
- Your username.
- Your email password.
If you do not have any of the above please call our office at 818-591-7825 or submit a help ticket for assistance.
Open E-Mail app on your Android phone.
- Select Other (POP3/IMAP)
- Choose New Account
Insert your full email address and password for it in the appropriate fields - Click on Next.
Select protocol type: IMAP. - For IMAP protocol, you will need to indicate following fields:Email address, username and password should have been already filled in the corresponding fields.
You MUST change your username as provided by CIIC. Your username is NOT the same as your email address.
Host name: should be set to the domain name given to you by our staff.
Security Type: None (Important, make sure this is none or disabled)
Port: 143 (Should be the default) - Click on Next
- Enter the Outgoing Server Settings in the following way:
Email address, username and password should have been already filled in the corresponding fields.
You MUST change your username as provided by CIIC. Your username is NOT the same as your email address.
Login Required: checked
Host name: should be set to the domain name given to you by our staff.
Security Type: None (Important, make sure this is none or disabled)
Port: 587 - Click on Next
and insert Account Name and your full name that you want to use. - Click on Finish setup
- That’s it.
