Our servers now support auto configuration for most email clients. Programs like Outlook, Thunderbird, and others along with most mobile phones and devices will query the server for the correct settings so all that is needed is your correct email address and password.
If auto configuration does not work we have detailed instructions in the section below. Click the + icon to see the detailed instructions.
Android devices support the IMAP email protocol.
IMAP will allow you to view emails and folders from multiple devices and keep all of them in sync.
Information You Will Need
- Email Username
- Email Password
- Incoming (IMAP) Email Server Address
- Outgoing (SMTP) Server Address
- Outgoing (SMTP) Port Number

Open your email app on your Android device.
- Open the app settings.
- Tap Add Account.
- Choose Other or IMAP as the account type. (this will vary depending on the app you are using)
- When prompted enter your email address
- Do NOT press Next. There should be an option for Manual Settings
- Since we offer standard IMAP email your device will not be able to find your email settings automatically, you need to enter them manually.
- Ensure IMAP is selected.
- Enter your incoming mail server information:
- Hostname: Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com or supplied server address
- Username: Supplied Username.
- Password: Supplied Password. (This is the same password used to access webmail)
- Enter your outgoing mail server information:
- Hostname: is normally mail.yourdomain.com
- Username: Supplied Username.
- Password: Supplied Password.
- Port #: 587
- Tap Next or Finish (this will vary depending on the app you are using)
